Additional Fees
Postage and other fees may be charged depending on additional or supplementary services requested by customers (e.g., refrigerated transport, gift wrapping, expedited delivery).
Shipping expenses depend on order amount, postage type chosen, delivery location, specials, among others.
In particular, shipping is free over a specified order amount of 25,000 JPY (excluding consumption tax).

Cut-off Date
For orders not paid within 7 business days from time of order, it will be deemed that the customer has no intention of completing the transaction, and the order will thereupon be automatically cancelled.
Damaged Goods
If goods are damaged, please contact us immediately. Note that we will not consider returns for reasons other than damaged goods.

Exchanges and Returns

Delivery Times
We will normally ship at the latest within 2 business days of receiving payment. Please see our Shipping page for details.
Acceptable Payment Methods
Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), Discover, JCB, and Diners Club credit and debit cards.
Users obtain loyalty points for their credit cards.
Credit card payment gateways are Square, Stripe, and Paypal.
Payment via Paypal is also accepted.
Local bank transfers, cash on delivery are also acceptable.

Limitations:
Square does not accept JCB, Diners Club and Discover cards. For these card types, please select Paypal or Stripe.
When using Paypal as a payment processor, debit cards are not accepted.
Payment Period
Credit and debit card payments are processed immediately.
Local bank transfers: funds must be received within 7 business days of date of order confirmation email sent to customer.
Paypal transfers: funds must be received within 7 business days of date of order.
Cash on delivery must occur by definition at time of delivery.
Value
Prices displayed in shopping cart exclude tax. Average value of products is approximately 2,000 JPY for consumer-quality wines.
Please note that our wines cover a large range of both superior quality and limited-edition products, and pricing reflects this.
