Druk My Niet estate, in the Paarl region, produces several high-quality ranges of wines made in sustainable fashion.
A South African Bordeaux blend, smooth and full-bodied. Merlot contributes the aroma of black cherry and blackcurrant, which extra aromas include tobacco leaves and sandalwood. Flavour is preceded by the tannins that open up the flavour of dark fruits followed by red berries and fennel, and the finish stimulates the appetite, with a hint of fennel. Recommended with meat dishes.
