T3 Rosé 2018

Made from three Iberian grape varieties, this rosé is one of the signature wines from the estate, and a world first for this combination. Aroma and flavour are ripe sweet red fruits and watermelon, balanced with a lemon acidity and long finish. Perfect with savoury beef tail soup, or lamb grills.

C68 2017

Made from old vines (vieilles vignes), a superb full-bodied Chenin Blanc. Aroma of fresh pineapple, peeled kumquat and orange flower, and flavour of stewed kumquat perfectly balanced by the acidity and a creamy texture. Finish reminiscent of warm brioche. Recommended with seafood dishes, light pasta, risotto, or spicy curries.

The wild dark wine has an aroma of dark fruits and sandalwood, the traditional specialty of this variety. The tannins give a initial good mouth sensation, opening up the flavours of dark fruits and dark chocolate that follow, excellently balanced by acidity. Perfect for meat and spicy dishes.

Mirus 2015

A single block of Syrah, perfectly ripened in the hot Paarl climate. Aroma of fennel, olive leaves and panchetta, and a flavour of cherry followed by fresh fruits balanced with smooth tannins. The long finish includes black pepper and leather flavours. A wine well-suited to lengthy ageing. Recommended with puttanesca, lamb cutlets, or Moroccan lamb soup.

Invictus 2013

A South African Bordeaux blend, smooth and full-bodied. Merlot contributes the aroma of black cherry and blackcurrant, which extra aromas include tobacco leaves and sandalwood. Flavour is preceded by the tannins that open up the flavour of dark fruits followed by red berries and fennel, and the finish stimulates the appetite, with a hint of fennel. Recommended with meat dishes.
