Revenant White 2017
Flagship of the False Bay range, this wine is a reincarnation of a famous Loire blend, and the first wine ever made by owner Louis Boutinot at the start of his career. An aroma of lemon and lime, with a hint of grapefruit, and finely-balanced flavour. The Chenin Blanc is sourced from Waterkloof estate, and the wine is suitable for vegans. This balanced wine matches well with many types of dishes, including creamy chicken, roast pork, or pasta.

Windswept Sauvignon Blanc 2017
Initial fynbos aroma gives way to white peach with hints of grenadilla and pineapple. A complex taste balanced by acidity, with a pleasing crispness and grassy aroma for which this variety is famous, as well as aroma of dried bayleaf. The mineral and citrus flavour includes hints of green pepper and grassiness. A fine addition to Mediterranean dishes, seafood, Chinese cuisine or spicy Thai food.

Slow Chenin Blanc 2017
An intense aroma of peach and barley balanced with acidity, leading to a most satisfying tasting experience. The key to this result is lengthy fermentation with wild yeast which creates a complex structure of flavours and aromas. Whole Bunch Rosé 2018
A beautiful pink wine with hints of pink gold, with aroma of cranberry, red berries and spice. Light and fresh, with a pleasing dryness. The secret of this rosé is the use of old Chinsault vines (vieilles vignes). The taste is of summer fruits, with a dry finish. Goes well with Mediterranean dishes, particularly juicy garlic shrimps, and can be enjoyed either chilled or at room temperature.
